Instructions:

To create your salary range you must enter the following information:

Minimum Midpoint Value: Enter the lowest midpoint value that you want represented in your salary range. This would normally be the lowest job value in your employee population. Value:
Midpoint Slope Value: Enter the percentage by which midpoints will increase from grade to grade. Midpoint slope percentages usually are between 9.0% and 12.0%. Value: %
Range Spread Values: Enter the percentage of difference between the Range Minimum and the Range Maximum for the lowest grade and the highest grade. Range spread percentage values are usually between 30% to 50% at the lower end and 50% to 70% at the higher grades.
